    Challening. Mental. Uplifting. Amazing. Works. Great fun. Burn. These are just a few of the words I would use to describe the 8 week long training plan I've just finished. I've started the program with squatting for 2 minutes non-stop. I was really happy with my 54 repetitions with 40kg on my back. Let's compare the datas of my first and last sessions: 1st session: - back squat @40kg for 2:00 minutes - 54 repetitions - leg extension @35kg - 2x30 repetitions (2-3 stops for a f

    Before I went on holiday I decided to test my strength (after I've gone through eight of my leg bursting sessions). Here's a quick reminder what plan I follow: Leg day(s) I have to say, I am happy with the results: - Back Squat @100kg 5 sets of 5 reps with 2 minutes rest between sets (I wouldn't say it was easy but it felt easier then 90kg 5x5 earlier) - Romanian Deadlift - @100kg 3 sets of 5 reps with 2 minutes rest between sets, then my grip was giving up on me (I need to w

    Enjoy the sunshine, the warm weather, the amazing food, the nice people, the new environment. And of course working out :) I've been on a short holiday to Taiwan. I arrived on a Wednesday evening and I find myself in a gym on the Thursday afternoon ;) Did a good upperbody workout just for fun then left the gym and headed to a restaurant where I had an amazing dinner with great people.
