There are many different ways to perform High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
One of them is using the spin bike and the Tabata training regime.
In the following video you will see me and Agi performing the mentioned method on the spin bike.
The result was burning legs and bum, and our heart and lungs were about to jump out of our chest.
Was it hard? Definitely!
Worth it? Hell yeah!
Would we do it again? No question about it!
